Customer Review: useful when used well

I am a user of this product. It has been useful for me.
However I found that getting good results required
paying attention to several factors:
(1) what size to order. Follow the manufacturer's
advice. Looser may feel better, but I needed
the manufacturer's recommended size to
reliably keep me in.
(2) I give myself an immediate "cough test" after
putting it on to evaluate how well it is
positioned.
(3) I use it with another device for more "spot-on"
control.
(4) I wear it all the time - day and night. There
is medical research published in JAMA that
supports the viability of living this way
indefinitely - and even some improvement
over time.
Of course, other users of this product are using
it for more temporary purposes. For those
purposes, less rigorous procedures may well
prove adequate.
