My daughter had started to go through crying spells. She has not started menstruating yet, but I felt like her crying spells were cyclic. So, I bought some Lydia Pinkham tablets (my wonderful mother-in-law had bought some for me years ago.) I just give her two when she's feeling like crying or fussing a bit with her brothers. She cheers up and all of us are happier!
This is also teaching her how to watch her own feelings...and helping her notice any PMS problems and take some Lydia Pinkham tabs for herself.

I was at a gathering my girlfriend was having and the hot flash topic came up because one of the ladies was having a hot flash. Another lady said she had gone on line and found this product that she remembered her mom taking. I'm amazed this product is still around, and so glad to have found this product again. I remember my grandmother and mother taking them but don't remember them ever complaining of having hot flashes or cramps.Customer Review: Very Helpful

Although there is no cure-all pill, Lydia Pinkham is a wonderful supplement aid that helped me. For those of us who admit we can become easily irritated during a certain time of the month, this will help to give a calming effect.The instructions say to take 2 tablets three times a day. I take the 2 tablet dose 2 or 3 times a day when I feel need it, then on dose per day throughout the month. Very good product.Customer Review: Good vitamin

This is a good product as far as vitamins go. I feel more energy and overall better health. However, it is not working for me as far as the hot flashes go.
