A nose and ear hair trimmer becomes more essential the older a guy gets. I've owned a few, including a Panasonic and a Sharper Image. This is the first one I've had that actually performs its intended job. The Panasonic did a mediocre trim job that left me finishing up with scissors, and it devoured batteries. The Sharper Image was totally useless. It made noise and appeared to be running, but did not trim nose hair. This one is a great tool. It leaves my nose and ears as clean as a whistle, the motor is strong and steady, it's sturdily constructed, and you can rinse it under the faucet. Excellent!Customer Review: This company is aweful!

I would not buy their product. The product stopped working shortly after I bought it. When I contacted the 800 number, they said to email them. I did. Three times. I never received a response. I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The company said they responded to me telling me that there is a 30 day warranty and there is nothing that they would do for me. I never received that response and the BBB told me they had to close my file since Mangroomer didn't respond back. I think this product lasted maybe two months but more likely 1 1/2 months.Customer Review: Pretty Cool Tool!

I bought the Man Groomer Ear and Nose Hair Trimmer for $15 and it's a great little grooming tool. Maybe it's because I'm getting older but I'm growing hair in places that don't look too cool (ears and nose). I've been snipping away with scissors but could not seem to do a decent job. The Man Groomer buzzes off those wierd hairs coming out of my nose without damaging the delicate tissue inside the nostrils. Does a nice job on and in my ears too. Anyway, two thumbs up for this product, only $15 and does a great job. You'll only regret you didn't buy it sooner.Customer Review: Worked a few times, then died

I thought by the reviews and my first few uses I finally found a decent nose/ear hair trimmer. It seemed to work well. Well it stopped working after about 3 times. Even with a new battery it would not start again. So back to searching for a decent nose/ear hair trimmer!
I've changed this review from 2 to 4 stars because of the exceptional customer service I received from ManGroomer. I contacted them about the issue, and within an hour they had emailed me back, and told me they would send a replacement. Hopefully, I have better luck with the next one.

I LOVE This Trimmer.
1. This is WAY Better than the last one (all silver slender cheap thing sold in Pharmacy stores) that never worked well, and fell apart when I tried to clean it.
2. The original Battery is still going strong since I bought it 14 months ago.
3. It has only started to nick me once, and I quickly learned you just shove it Straight up your nose, no angles please, and it's totally SAFE.
4. Easy to clean.
5. Works fantastic. Quickly and easily gets all of it.
