Before buying this product, we were passive about bedwetting. This was not only a proactive way to deal with the problem, but it works really well. Within days, bedwetting was way down. I originally got the unit without vibration, and it didn't help my daughter's bedwetting. But when I bought this vibrating unit, there was enough electronics in it to wire it up to a car battery and provide an intense electro-shock upon urination. My little girl hasn't wet her bed since! Well, she actually hasn't gone to the bathroom at all, since her urethra is fried. Great product! A+++!!!Customer Review: Nasal spray from the Dr. worked!

My son is almost 9. Nothing worked. He destroyed the Malem Ultimate 1 alarm, either that or the wire, because it stopped working...due to the fact that he TORE it out when it went off, but stayed asleep...or went back to sleep without being roused enough to get up to go. WET BED EVERY MORNING. Well, we finally went to the doctor. She said, "it is very simple." She prescribed Desmopressin Acetate Nasal Solution 0.01%. We spray 1 puff in each nostril before bed. We also have him not drink any milk after 3pm, and no fluids after around 6pm (dinner). He has been dry every night for 7 nights in a row! He is so happy! So am I :)Customer Review: Amazing!

I honestly did not believe this would work, but I was wrong. My ten-year old boy had been put on medication by his doctor....that did not work (and it was VERY expensive). We limited fluids before bed....that did not work. I woke him up before I went to bed...that did not work. However, this device did the trick. After using it for two weeks, he was waking up dry every night. He had a few relapses, but now he is always dry. What a boost for his self-esteem! He now asks for sleepovers with friends. I would recommend a parent stays close by the first week, because your child may not hear the alarm or feel the vibration. They also may be disoriented. Also, keep going with this for a while even after your child is dry. Relapses are common.
