i never rate products but felt compelled to rate this one. bought this for our now 7 year old daughter who was still wetting her bed. the first two weeks the alarm would go off and she would be unable to get to the bathroom in time, and she'd walk into our room soaking wet with the alarm's vibration mode going off. slowly she would be able to hold more pee in before she got to the bathroom, and now, after 3 weeks she's had 14 nights straight of dryness. we are now going to ween her off it completely. one thing, my daughter didn't like the ring tones so only uses the vibration mode, so i would have been fine with the basic model. highly recommended.Customer Review: Great product! Bought this for my 6 year old daughter after trying numerous other methods to stop the bedwetting. She used to wet every night before we started using this. For the first two weeks she had lots of accidents, but after that, she's been doing great. It's been about 3 months now - and she's only had 2 accidents in the last 2 months. I definitely recommend getting the alarm with different sound options. She started to get used to the sound we had it set for and began sleeping through it - but once we changed the sound, it worked again. She doesn't need to wear it anymore. She is consistently dry and wakes up on her own to use the bathroom.Customer Review: Worked for us!

My son is nearly six and we wanted to get his nighttime wetting stopped before he started sleep overs with his new kindergarten friends. We tried a less expensive alarm, but it wasn't loud enough to wake him (or me!) up. This one, although twice the price, worked from day one. After 2 weeks, he started to stay dry at night. He is even able to wake up and go to the bathroom on his own. The tone we choose is very loud, and the vibrating helps him wake up, too. The only draw back is the pin fastener - I did prefer the magnetic closing device on the other alarm. He's gone nearly 2 weeks with one accident. Such an improvement!Customer Review: Buy this NOW!!!

This device is amazing. My [...] son was very concerned about bedwetting. We tried waking him up at various times during the night to no avail. The first night we used the device it went off five times including twice within the first two hours. There is no way we could have been able to react to that. With each passing night the device went off less and less. After 2 1/2 weeks he was consistently dry and very happy about his success. What is more amazing is that he is usually not waking up at night to go to the bathroom either. BUY THIS NOW!!!

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. My son became sleep-deprived as he would wake up 4 times during the night and it was hard for him to go to school the following day. He was frustrated and as a parent, I was frustrated that you cannot return the item to the manufacturer even if my son didn't use the product we purchased. My son used my nephew's Malem alarm as a trial for two weeks. Speak to your doctor as he might recommend a medication instead with no side effects. It's currently working for my son.
