I did The Master Cleanse for 10 days about 6 months ago and I can tell you it really works. I felt great! I am now living in an extremely remote place and tried to do this again but failed after the first couple of days, but I think it was because I wasn't using the prescribed ingredients. I couldn't find Senna tea, so I used laxative pills. I had sea salt, but not the right kind, and I also didn't have Grade B organic maple syrup, just regular Grade A. I am wanting to try this again, so this time I'm ordering this kit, which seems like a fair price since it includes everything you need. Only thing I have to say about this kit is that you could probably use more like 80 oz. of syrup, not 64.
Overall, give this cleanse a fair shot and I promise you will not be disappointed!

This is not such a bad price for 64 oz. of organic maple syrup, organic cayenne, organic teas, and real sea salt.
If you're buying the right items to properly do the cleanse, you should be paying $20 for the cayenne, teas, and sea salt alone.
The price of 100% maple syrup, especially organic, tends to fluctuate. I can only find the 32 oz bottles where I live and they are around $20 each.
Do not attempt to do this cleanse with just any old store bought brands of these products. It is not the same!
Whenever I'm feeling sluggish, having headaches, or feeling ill, I begin the cleanse! Sometimes only for a few days until I feel better.
It's my new chicken noodle soup! I also try to do two 10 day cleanses/year.

I did the Master Cleanse for 20 days and this kit had everything I needed for a great price and at Amazon's very low shipping cost it was a great deal. These are the highest quality products recommended and while you may certainly deviate, I chose to follow the advice of thousands of others (catalogued in Peter Glickman's book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days) who had already done the Master Cleanse. You may find these products in high quality health food stores in big cities (though probably not at this package deal!). I live in a rural area and so obtaining these items online was more convenient for me.Customer Review: Energize Me!

I started out to do the Master Cleanse for 10 days, but as I got into it, I started feeling so much better. So I kept going, I made it all the way to 21 days. The best I had felt in many years. I not only could breathe and sleep better, I had tons of energy. I also lost 27 pounds. I felt so refreshed in my body. I now do the Master Cleanse on a quarterly basis. I have tried other cleanses but never got the results that I have with the Master Cleanse. I will never waste money on any other cleanse - THIS IS IT! This is a great kit for the Master Cleanse. It gives you everthing you need and for a good price. Try this escpecially if you don't live near a good health food store. One thing though-you may need to buy more maple syrup depending on how many lemonade drinks you will be making everyday. Or if you plan on doing the cleanse for longer than ten days. All around-it's fantastic.
