First time I ever tried this way of eliminating harmful toxins. I will say I usually do not believe half the stuff being said today. Through media, and all the informercials, I'm hard to convince, I'd say I'm a bit of a skeptic. However, on my fifth day I had already lost 5 lbs. It takes courage to maintain your will to continue the program but well worth the benifits and it's purpose. I felt better, my insomnia just at 5 days was no more now imagine benifits of all kinds at your 10th day. I'm happy I tried thisCustomer Review: This made me sick.

This shipped out really quick and I was looking forward to starting it. I did everything you're supposed to and lasted for two days. I stopped because I got really sick from it. The tea gave me horrible stomach cramps and I felt really dizzy- not to mention the lemonade tasted terrible. The syrup also tastes gross so I still have this huge thing of syrup just sitting in my cabinet. HOWEVER- in those two days, I did end up losing a couple pounds.Customer Review: Great products!

These products are exactly what you need to start the master cleanse by Peter Glickman. Please read the book or go to his website for the correct directions on use. This was a wonderful, easy, cleanse that made me feel lighter, healthier, and want to eat better after. I only did it for 7 days and got great results. Fast shipping with all the necessary organic ingredients for the ten day cleanse. If you're looking to buy this kit you probably found the easiest way of collecting all the items that you have to have for the MC. Being in a comprehensive package which is sent to your doorstep takes all the burden of stress out of looking for individual items that are somewhat difficult to find on their own. It would be extremely convenient to get this set for your first master cleanse. The items are all correct to maximize your results, and it takes much of the guesswork out of the equation for beginners. My only issue is that similar items can be purchased somewhere like Whole Foods for far less, around $40 individually. Still, beginners who are unfamiliar with what to buy could do far worse than this set.
