Customer Reviews of Master Massage Adjustable Rolling Stool for Massage Tables, Examination Tables, Office and Home Use

Customer Review: It serves the purpose
Summary: 4 Stars

On the one hand, delivery was very quick! Didn't expect it that quick and I didn't pay for any special shipping. On the other hand, I didn't expect to have to assemble the stool. I mean, when I bought a massage chair it came all in one piece save for the pad of the face cradle having disengaged. LOL
But when I opened the box and unwrapped the parts it took all of less than five minutes to figure it out and hook it up. The seat really doesn't need to be that "poofy", a little too cushiony and then it sinks down once you sit on it. But it does serve the purpose and does what I need it to do; provide me a seat to work on my clients so I don't have to kneel on my knees. Price was pretty good; all things considered since most of the other chairs are $80 or more. Wish there was a better color selection. But I'm satisfied enough.

Customer Review: Excellent Rolling, Adjustable, Good Looking Stool!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I got this rolling, adjustable height stool for an alternate seating style while practicing my guitar.
I wind up spraled out on my Easy Chair and then when at my Guitar Lesson I feel Cramped in a stiff chair!
This stool has a nice smooth leather like feel and the Fauw leatherette is thick
and has three vents in it to adjust the air in the cushion when you are seated.
The adjustable arm works exceptionaly and the black plastic covers
over the leg arms abd the wheels seem well built and made.
This chair slaps together literally and a four year old could do it,
though I didn't bother borrowing my Nephew to prove my point!
If you are looking for an extra seat in your office,
study or for practicing a musical instrament go no further!
This IS the stool you need!

Customer Review: A very good stool at a very fair price
Summary: 5 Stars

I was looking for an adjustable well padded stool for the long hours that I spend in front of an artists easel. This seems to be it. The firm deep padding was a welcome relief after the progression of bar stools and "ergonomic" kneeling stools that I've tried and discarded. This stool is comfortable, stable, easily adjusted, quiet, and rolls easily. The base is molded plastic, but appears to be solidly designed and constructed. It assembled quickly with only four screws and a Phillips screwdriver. It was well packed and easy to unpack. While it might have been nice if they'd thought to include assembly instructions, it wasn't really necessary since from the picture it's obvious how the parts fit together (seat on top, wheels on bottom).

Customer Review: Great Vanity Stool
Summary: 5 Stars

I got this for my wife for Christmas to replace a vanity stool I got her 5 or so years ago. It was getting pretty sad - casters didn't roll smoothly and the foam in the cushion was flat. I wasn't crazy about black but the stool looked like a good one. She absolutely loves it. It rolls easily and the cushion is very comfortable. My guess is this one will last a lot longer than the one it replaces. Nobody likes getting ready to go to work but at least she is comfortable. She also likes the height adjustment which I didn't think she would use but once. I tried to sneak it into the garage to sit on when I polish my Harley but I got the look and left it where it was.

Customer Review: Broke in less than a week
Summary: 3 Stars

I agree with "price equal to quality" and "great product . . poorly constructed." I received this stool on 12/22 and it was broken by 12/27, and I didn't use it more than 2 or 3 times. It did not roll as smoothly as I expected, and it dug up my unfinished pine board floors. The seat was very comfortable, and the height adjustment was great, but I went to roll on it one day & one of the wheels just snapped off. And, of course, it's plastic, so it can't be fixed. There goes 50 bucks down the drain. It would probably be best if used on a floor similar to that found in hospitals - laminate tile over cement; not linoleum over wood or plain wood.
