I am a massage therapist, so I use this stool all the time. It's awesome! It is easy to put together. You just need a phillips screw driver. It rolls around on carpet with ease, and the height adjustment is simple. I disinfect my stool after every massage and am pleased to see that the material is holding up nicely (no cracking from the chemicals). The thickness of the cushion is wonderful too. I haven't used the towel holder, but it's nice to know it's there. I would recommend this stool to anyone.Customer Review: Massage Stool

This stool is ideal for a budget which is deserving of the four stars. It also seems sturdy and not squeeky as one review had noted. The quality is not exquisit but that was to be expected. It seems durable enough for what I need it for as far as my massage practice. The upolstery is good but a little loose so the foam which is almost too soft/smushy is out of wack when I get up from the stool, which may pose a problem with extended use. I ordered the Master Massage Adjustable Stool because I cannot stand for any amount of time without severe back pains. This meant our dinner fare was limited to frozen dinners that you get sick of very soon. With the stool I can prepare dinners that require time to assemble and cook. I purchased a whole bunch of these for a wellness center. At first they seem great as they have thick comfortable padding and decent height adjustment. However, every single one of them broke within six months. When I called the seller, they were nice and put us in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer did nothing to resolve the issue. I bought this stool to help me after foot surgery. I actually used it to put my foot up and keep it outside the shower as it needed to be kept dry, so I used it about 3-4 times a week for this purpose. It was rarely used otherwise. After 4 months of this, the height lever (almost never used) broke at the weld. Aside of that ( I guess I'll take it to be fixed), the stool is well padded and comfortable, just wish it lasted longer...
