I have been dealing with this underarm wetness problem for as long as i can remember.After trying all the secret, Degree and other store brand prescrition strenght antiperspirants out there who claimed to solve the problem but none worked i started to get frustrated. I was embarassed that everyone would notice and it felt really bad.I was always trying to hide it, by not doing any moves that would show my underarms, so no one would notice.I felt stiff like a robot, like i had to freedom of movement. I was even considering surgery after saving enough money. I decided to do a last search online and search for real people's reviews about things that could really work. I came across Maxime. It truly does what it claims to do. I have not had another wet day. the first days of trying it i went to the bathroom at work and when lifted my arms i couldn't believe that i was completly dry, i couldn't believe it. Before i used to sweat through everything even jackets in the freezing winter and it was so embarassing.I encourage anyone with this problem to try Maxim. I have tried so many deodorants, including the ones that said they were "clinical strength" and none of them worked. I have ruined so many shirts, blazers, even a down coat because of the odor from my underarm sweat. You can't get that odor out of your clothes and everyone knows it when they smell it. So embarrassing! I have cried many times because of this problem - you have no confidence being physically close to anyone.
Then I saw this product on amazon. After reading the reviews, I ordered one bottle. But I wasn't that optimistic because I had tried countless other products that had received good reviews and they hadn't worked.
But this product absolutely works. I started using it about two weeks ago and it worked from day one. But the best part is I only need to use it every other night - or every two - and it is as effective as if I had used it every night. I love this product so much that I had to write this review. I have never, ever written a review of a product I have purchased but I had to write this review because Maxim has changed my life!

Ok, I've suffered with sweating problems for a long time. It's not anything that other people have noticed because I try to keep it private. I've never consulted a doctor about it either. I was on Amazon one day and somehow I came upon this. I wasn't even looking for it, but after reading some of the reviews, I had to try it. I applied it the first night and did experience some of the mild burning, but nothing bad at all. I wouldn't recommend shaving the first night before using...it probably would make it much more uncomfortable. I try to remember to apply it every night, but it is more like every 2 or 3 nights...it's not 100%, but it's better than anything I've ever tried before. So, I'm happy! I'm going to start trying to apply it every night and update my review. I use my regular Dove women's deodorant during the day because I just can't bear the thought of going with out it...I suggest you at least, give this a try. It comes with a paper that says you have a money-back guarantee, so what do you have to lose? Embarrassment and pit stains? I recently found out about the condition - Hyperhidriosis, until this discovery, i thought i was just a very sweaty person. I took notice of the fact that i was sweating in the winter time when i was obviously cold. I'll just check my armpit, and it will be damp - needless to say this was very embarassing. I did a lot of research, even conidered going to a doctor. I tried several other products too, but to no avail. it is true that the straight Aluminum Chloride is better than the other variations (perchlorate and the likes).
Follow the instructions, and it should work. After two days of using it, i was too happy and kept checking every thirty minutes to make sure. I wasn't sweating profusely. Even now that its getting warmer, i don't sweat sometimes.
For me, there was little to no discomfort using it, although some people with sensitive skin may experience it differently.
Sometimes i forget to use it for a whole week, and i'll still be ok.
Key thing is to follow the instructions - Use it at night.

I've only recently struggled with extreme sweating. It started last summer, and I really didn't know what to do about it. I resorted to wearing a lot of sweatshirts, and wiping my armpits with paper towels every chance I could get. I'm going into the education profession, and felt extremely embarrassed when I thought about what my students would say, or fellow teachers. I didn't want to be known as the teacher who sweats a lot. I finally got fed up and began my hunt for a cure. I found this product through another site and read the reviews on here. I've been using it for 5 days and have had no problems with sweating. Situations that would have otherwise resulted in extreme sweating are no "sweat" at all. It's not the cure all, but for me it's been extremely helpful. My confidence has been restored as well. I'm a runner, and have had minimal sweating during my runs while using this product. Like I said, it's not the cure all, but has greatly decreased my sweating to a more comfortable and manageable level.
