The Mentholatum company is located in Buffalo, N.Y. I live in a suburb of same but cannot find this product locally. You can imagine how happy I was to find that Amazon could ship this item to my home. We have used this product for years. My son, especially missed it. I have tried so many different chapsticks I couldn't even list them all. This one is the only one I keep coming back to. I can't find it in the stores anymore so I have to order it online. This time I bought 12 so I wouldn't run out too quickly. I love the tingly feeling it leaves on your lips as it glides on. You can just feel it working. I'm a longtime Mentholatum user, and use this to protect my lips when I play tennis. The menthol feels like it's healing the lips, and the spf further protects them. Everything else out there feels like wax. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer stores are carrying this product anymore. Thank goodness it's still available online. Stock up. I got this based on other reviews. It is wonderful lip balm. I used this with some vaseline because my lips were so chapped they were broken and bleeding. At first it takes some getting used to but after a few times using it it is wonderful. I found this lip balm cheaper at a local store but if you can only find it on Amazon it works better than other lip balm.Customer Review: Best Chapstick ever

Living in Las Vegas my lips have always been chapped and dry. I've tried everything from carmex and vaseline to all of the medicated stuff. But Natural Ice clears up and heals my lips so fast leaving them nice and smooth. My husbands lips aren't dry like mine and he uses it, and loves the way it just makes them so soft. I highly recommend this product to everyone.
