When I first got this product I tried a quarter teaspoon to test for an allergic reaction. I had no reaction. A couple of days later I tried half a teaspoon and felt the product wasn't that good given that no one needs extra metals in their body. Then a few days later I was in an adventurous mood and tried an entire teaspoon of MesoGold. I immediately noticed that I had lots of creative ideas and it also then occurred to me that for the first time in years I was remembering my dreams (which started the first night after taking a quarter teaspoon of MesoGold). I don't believe MesoGold increases focus (i.e., it doesn't increase concentration like the drug Ritalin does for people with ADD ). MesoGold does, however, increase the ability to come up with creative thinking, both artistic and problem solving.

MesoGold is .9999 pure gold nanoparticles in colloid form, a TRUE colloidal gold, which means 100% gold nanoparticles, with no ionic content. Highest particle surface area. Highest bioavailability of any colloidal gold product, due to nanometer sized particles. Smallest gold nanoparticles, typically between 2-4 nm. Colloidal gold is an all natural mineral supplement. Made with the highest purity, sterile reagent grade deionized water. Colloidal gold does not require refrigeration after opening. Infinite shelf life.
