I tested low in b12 and had problems with feet and hands falling asleep. I took this for a couple months, and the symptoms lessened. Then when I ran out, I didn't get more, and thesleepy hands came back. So I'm back here to order another bottle. This product does appear to work, at least for me.
It is hard to find Methylcobalamin... chain drugstores don't have it, Trader Joe's doesn't have it, even GNC doesn't have it.
The pills do have a sweet-cherry taste which may be annoying at times, but it is not a bad taste. They have to taste like something, and cherry is probably the best choice.
