Don't like spinach? Well, it's good for ya! I just took my first pill and it tastes bad, but it is supposed to be good for you. I'll come back later to let you know if I feel it worked. The other type B-12 sublingual at 2mcg tastes ALOT better by a mile, but I made the swich due to reading more info on B-12 and figuring if I was going to take it, then I should be guaranteed by taking the right version.
