Customer Review: Looks nice, but very flimsy

I am returning this bag. I was so excited when I opened the box and saw how nice it looked. It looks and smells and feels like well-made luggage or an expensive purse. HOWEVER, it is VERY flimsy!! My dog was not afraid of it. (I recommend laying it open on the floor for a day or so before putting a new puppy in it. Just put their toys in it and let them get comfortable getting in and out of it. That was the easy part!) But, when you go to actually use it, the bag just collapses in on the poor dog! And that's the bad part of it being like well-made luggage... IT'S HEAVY! Now, she doesn't care for it too much. Me no likie!
