I am an adult, and I have been drinking this powdered goat milk for a year at the most. (love it) I only drink it when it's chilled or really cold, straight out of the freezer. (oh my) Delicious! I buy this for my granddaughter who cannot tolerate baby formula - we've tried them all. She loves this goat milk! I've tasted it - tastes MUCH better than formula!!
