Have only used this product twice... took it first time at 9pm, felt sleepy around 10... normally I wouldn't be tired until 11pm, but about 10, was feeling relaxed and sleepy.
Woke up next day, was fully awake by end of morning shower and a full cup of coffee.
I know part of the appeal of the product is that you can take it at any time... but the one other time I've used this, took it at 1am. Was asleep soon after, woke up without much trouble and I wasn't sleepy all day - but I was very, very relaxed. Like, too relaxed. Shouldn't be that way at 10am.
So, take it whenever, you'll be okay the next day BUT if you have to be sharp at work the next day, don't take it late without knowing how you'll react.
