French couturier Hubert de Givenchy took the same elegant fashion style which made him famous and bottled it with Givenchy's "Amarige For Her Eau de Toilette." This is my new cologne of choice when I want to feel sexy and romantic, as opposed to sexy and bold(er). Givenchy's "Amarige de Givenchy," a different fragrance altogether - don't confuse them, is a slightly heavier, more sophisticated aroma.
"Amarige For Her" radiates femininity, amour, pure enchantment and class. A rich, complex blend of neroli, mandarin and violet top notes, "a blooming heart of gardenia, mimosa and ylang-ylang and finally tender notes of precious wood, ambergris, musk and vanilla." This is a light, heady fragrance, very uplifting and joyous.
The more sultry "Givenchy's Amarige de Givenchy," has been a standby for years, for nights out on the town or for intimate evenings at home, but "Amerige For Her" was recently introduced to me and I like it very much. I have 3 or 4 favorite scents that I wear according to my mood and to the occasion. I will definitely be wearing "For Her" this holiday season. Perhaps it will become another of my Givenchy staples.
