I've heard great things about this product, and I chose to give it a neutral review only because I have never tried it. I ordered this item to use for a special occasion, and when I opened the package, the bottle had leaked all over. I returned it for a refund because I if I had exchanged it, it would not have gotten to me on time to use for my event. Maybe it was not packaged correctly? Has anyone else had this problem?
