This product is listed as Moodmatcher from Fran Wilson Brown. Customers who are not familiar w/ the distributor would not know that "Brown" is the color, not part of Fran Wilson's last name. Unlike other product listings by other sellers, there is no dash or comma to separate the color from the product name.
Furthermore, the photo shows 6 lipsticks, leading customers to believe that when they order "one," they will receive one SET of 6 lipsticks, not one brown lipstick. It is very misleading to show green, yellow, pink, blue, orange and brown lipsticks. Why not just show the brown lipstick and provide a description which states one brown lipstick will be shipped?
The seller responded to my concerns until I asked for a full refund, including the cost of returning the one lipstick that was shipped. That request was met with silence.
