Not the greatest and end it up buying this thing and it looks like 98% will have to go the way of garbage when it closes expiration date. Way too many products on their line, hard to understand precisely when it should be used. Received order in a reasonable time. Ordered 3 x 100 tablets. This stuff is outrageously overpriced, and the price was much, much better than the cheapest local store's rip-off price.
Mucinex was originally recommended by my physician when I had the flu, along with plenty of liquids. Since I have started taking the product, I have experienced less problems with dryness in my throat and nasal passages in the dry winters.

I obtained some information on the use of an expectorant for the symptoms of fibromyalgia from the website www.fibrofix.com. Not knowing if there is a true scientific basis for these claims, it still made sense to me as I often feel as though my body were full of "sludge." And it has helped! My pain has decreased; my energy has increased; and my sleep quality has improved. Scientific or not, if it works for me I'm going to use it!Customer Review: Value is Great

The only cons to this product are if you cannot use it. For $25 appx you get 100 tablets and free 2nd day delivery (Amazon Prime Member), even if you could find it for less what about the gas, bus fare, train pass and possible tax to get it in your hometown? At lease here in eastern Washington even the off brand flavor costs more for less. As other reviews have stated if the price stays down I will keep this on a permanant order.Customer Review: Good product, but the price is ridiculous

This is a decent decongestant, and if you have high blood pressure it's probably the only one that will have the blessing of your doctor.
Be sure to shop for the best price. The price ranges from too high to complete rip-off. Stock up when possible and don't buy when the price is in the rip-off range.
Try to pay no more than $30 for 100 pills. Even that is too high!
