Mucinex taken as set out in "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia" by Dr. St.Amand does not cure fibro, but taken right can reverse the symtoms without side effects. I have taken it for nearly 2 years and it has decreased my symtoms.Customer Review: Cause not cure

After five people in my family had colds, took Mucinex and then got bronchitis I went to my doctor and he said that Mucinex was the problem, Mucinex will give you bronchitis and Mucinex congeals mucus in your lungs so that you can't cough it up.Customer Review: Mucinex extended release bi-layer tablet

My greatest complaint about Mucinex is the price--even at Amazon. Is there a pharmaceutical exact clone, also delayed release that could be of help to my budget.
It does help thin mucus, but also the number of dollars in the bank!

Husband Has used Mucinex for years as recommended by his specialist,and it works!! He has chronic sinusitis & must take 2 daily or would be in major trouble. I always order 100 Count. I highly recommend this product.
