Acai seems to be sold or insinuated to be a diet supplement. I suppose indirectly, for me at least, it could be. I have not noticed the loss of any inch or pounds with daily intake. What I do notice is a generally better attitude or energy. It's not the type of energy one would get from a stimulant, it's more like a anti-depressant, or, mental stimulant. So although Acai doesn't magically make me lose wait it does sort of keep my spirits up to where I am more inclined to exercise. So the effect of Acai is more indirect to weight loss in my case. From reviews I've read it seems some are disappointed with Acai so it's my intent to hopefully better explain what Acai can do. But, of course, all people's bodies function differently as well. I have to say I am now hooked on it, my day at work goes so much better with the lift I get from the Acai.Customer Review: Acai Berry Natrol 60 capsules

I started taking the acai berry 2 month ago and I have lost 40 pounds. At first I started losing 5 pounds a week and every one said that i was losing to fast to get off it. I only took 1 tablet a day nothing more. for a few days I stoped losing weight and I stoped taking for a day and started taking it again the following day the weight started coming off right away. I think that when you are at a weight that stays with you. Thats when you need a break and wait a day a start again and I'm sure that it might happen for you too. try it it might work for you too.
I have a lot of engery, But I'm losing the weight in other places first. I'm buying more because I want to lose a lot of weight. I'm very happy That I found this acai berry it really helps. Thanks

i am taking this supplement in conjunction with the nature's secret super cleanse tablets and so far have lost 5lbs within the first two weeks. the weight loss has seemed to stop there. right now i believe the super cleanse is contributing toward my weight loss more than the acai berry caps, mainly because i don't feel like this product is suppressing my appetite. the first time i took this supplement i felt the energy boost, but that was the only time. this product does not make me feel jittery and i can't really say if it is working toward my weight loss at all, but with all the hype about it being a "super food" with many health benefits i will continue to buy it long after i achieve my goal of losing 15-20lbs. it really is too soon to notice any health benefits at this time.Customer Review: Gives me a lot of energy

I have been pleasantly surprised on the rise in my energy level since taking this product. Now as far as losing weight, I haven't noticed any weight loss so far. However, it also has helped to keep me regular. I have been taking this for about a month and half now. It might be that I don't get the weight loss benefits because I only take one capsule per day instead of the two capsules that are recommended. I have a very sensitive stomach and didn't want to "overload" my system with the cleansing effect. Now as I write this, I might reconsider and take the two capsules and might see weight loss then. But even without the weight loss, I am very satisfied with my new found energy. The price is good too.
