I am very happy with it. I don't see it as a diet aid, but is chock full of good Vitamins.
And as always... Amazon gets your order to you in good shape and and in good time.
I also just got some books from them... and they are better than I even thought they would be.

I got this product last week and i have been taking one a day and i have noticed that i have a little more energy than normal. I have gotten a little dizzy a few times but nothing major and it only lasted a few seconds so it wasn't a big deal. well, we are into the second month and none of us have experienced absolutly any effects and i mean none!!!

I have been taking this product for 2 weeks now, and have dropped 15 lbs. No kidding! I was astounded! This product also helped make my skin smoother! my fine lines aren't as prominent, i think it's due to the high antioxidant value. I have a goal weight loss of 60lbs by may and am well on my way there. I will purchase more.Customer Review: What I expected

This isn't the miracle pill that everyone makes it out to be but it does work if you are willing to work for it. I have dropped some weight but it didn'thappen until I found the time to start working out a few days a week. But I do feel like I have a lot more energy and just peppier all around.
