- control blood sugar levels
biotin is a water vitamin so that means it only lasts one day in your body. if these are not the benefits you are looking for from the use of biotin then you will have to do a deeper research because i only listed the benefits of biotin that i like/want or care for.

I am finishing off my bottle this week. I wanted to wait until i was almost done with the bottle before I wrote a review...
I love this product! I have received so many complements on how long my hair has grown! My boyfriend loves it :) 2 weeks ago I went to get a trim and told the hair dresser not to snip too much, she said "not cut too much? your hair is so long you wont even be able to tell!" This product really strengthens the hair (I'm not sure about its use in improving thickness, my hair is already thick) and adds length! I can literally feel my hair touching down the middle of my back. It just took a while to see results, that is why i gave it 4 stars, but its worth it! Will defiantly be ordering more!

I recently purchased the Biotin 5000mcg vcaps. The mailing was prompt and the quality of the Biotin is genuine! (I had a lab geek friend of mine evaluate the potency and quality) This product delivers! My skin or complexion has improved; my nails have grown stronger with little brittleness as I had before; lastly, I have notice improvement of the condition of my hair... I would highly recomend this product and will be reordering as needded! I take two vcaps a day and this seems to be the best dosage for my noticable improvements... a must buy and try for sure! Give the product a couple of weeks and you should see a difference in your hair, nails and complexion!Customer Review: Great for hair and nail growth!

I am in the process of trying to grow out a chin length bob, after donating over 11inches of hair too the locks of love. I have done lots of research on natural ways too do this and after reading a lot of things about biotin I decided to add this with my hair,skin,and nail vitamin regimen. I truly believe that this vitamin is whats causing my hair and nails too grow, not the hair,skin,and nail vitamin. I have been taking this for exactly three weeks now and I have already grown 1inch of hair! Thats really good for me considering i may grow 1/2inch a month,if that! Overall these vitamins are wonderful, i plan on purchasing another bottle when i run out!Customer Review: Hmm... makes me sad

I read all the reviews and was pumped to see what Biotin could do for me.
Well, after two bottles I can safely say it didn't do a thing for me. (I did give it a couple of months.) My nails are just as brittle and my hair is just as thin. There was no extra energy going on. Nothing. Dang it.
Supplements don't work for everybody: I get that. Evidently I'm in the minority here, but just want to give a heads up to others who have great hopes of a miracle happening by using this product.
I give this two stars because I can honestly say it's not a faulty product. It just didn't help ME at all - but I wish it did.
