I was prescribed EPO for PMS relief.
I wanted to take the oil in liquid form rather than capsule which also contains unwanted fillers like gelatin etc.
I am taking this ,but they have written on the bottle as Cosmetic use -topical application .

I have been taking 1tbls daily and is doing well.
It is expeller pressed at low temp.
However I would defenitely switch to a Food grade Cold Pressed EPO if I find one for this price.
