I've been using Lavilin for at least ten years, maybe longer. I can't imagine using any other product. I'm a vegetarian, so naturally have very little body odor unless I drink alcohol. Even then, a good sweat in the sauna or from exercise and a shower usually eliminates any odor if I've been using Lavilin. This product, applied once every 1-2 weeks, keeps me odor-free without any irritation or masking fragrance. I buy a couple of packages a year and it works just fine. I can't figure out why anyone would use anything else.Customer Review: Yes, It actually works

After using this product for over 3 years now, I am convinced that the traditional "deodorant industry" is a complete scam. I probably apply Lavilin once every 3 weeks and never have problems. It is awesome and actually does what it says. I am surprised that more people don't know about this...but I guess the marketing dollars generated from people buying mass quantities of traditional deodorant make the market pretty noisy : P
...shesh..never thought I'd be raving about deodorant online...but here I am! : )

I, and most people I know, get uncomfortable talking about underarm deodorant. But, I feel that more people should know about this stuff.
I have been using it now for 20 years - it is the only deodorant that works for me. When you first start using it, it takes a week or two for it to really fully work, but then your deodorant use will forever change. I put it on (an easy to apply cream) on average once a week (sometimes far less often, and in times of stress more often). I highly recommend that you try it.

I have been using this product for over 15 years. It is one of the only products I've used that works better over time. When I first started using the product I could only go 3 or 4 days between applications. I can now go 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the season with no odor at all. When I first started using the product, it took some time to get used to feeling sweaty, since it doesn't prevent you from sweating. But, I quickly got used to it since there is no odor and it doesn't stain your clothes. Give it a try.Customer Review: New formula works if you don't wash

I originally got poor performance from the new formula too, but then I noticed that the instructions had changed from the old formula. The old formula said to wash it off in the morning, and that's what I was doing with the new formula, getting very poor results. But as soon as I noticed the new instructions, which say nothing about washing it off, and I didn't scrub it off in the morning, it seems to work about as good as the old stuff. You can still wash (run water over it), just don't scrub.
