I am sure this product is great as Aromatherapy, and it is a big bottle for the price, but it did not work well ridding my house of mice. The peppermint tooth past smell seemed to have no effect. I had many people try this out for pest control, mice, squirrels, etc. and it never worked at all even at full strength. Do not waste your money if you plan on using this for pest control. I gave this 3 stars because you can use this peppermint oil in ice cream and candy making.Customer Review: Peppermint Oil

After much web research to find a peaceful means to an end, we purchased the peppermint oil to chase away the rodents that seem to find my storage container a warm n cozy home. It didn't work (darn). So, I went to traps - didn't want to do that, but not much choice.

Had a problem with a few mice, can't say 100 percent sure, but we no longer see or hear them since using this. I put the oil on cotton balls and placed them where I thought they might be. I'm giving this three stars because it appears to be exactly as advertised. I bought this to deter mice (they were under the hood and in the trunk of my car) but so far Bounce dryer sheets seem to be working. I hope they're gone for good; I hate mice.
