Customer Review: Works great but tastes terrible.
Summary: 4 Stars

Would have given it one more star if it tasted better. Does what it's supposed to. I take it in the morning with my chocolate protein drink and does it's job by about the same time next day. I drink it really fast cause it does get thick very quickly. Would order again. The most effective fiber I've ever taken.
