I am 42 years old and for the first time in my life, I have strong, growing natural nails. I followed the instructions and used the product daily (without color) for a couple of months and my nails started to grow stronger immediately. I decided a couple of years ago to go natural (I don't like what acrylic nails do to the natural nail and I got tired of the upkeep). I decided to try this product after reading about it online and I am delighted with the results.
