I could not have long nails growing up - they would split and peel. When acyrlics became available I was thrilled...I wore them for 11 years. After my granddaughter was born I stopped wearing them because I would poke her and there was no give.
MY nails were very thin. I found this product, had never heard of it before, tried it and for the 1st time in my life, at the age of 51, I had my own healthy strong nails. I've just begun using it again - at the age of 62, because something must be amiss and my nails began splitting again........since I've been using it again, I am happy to say, they have stopped splitting.
I highly recommend this product for people with problem nails.
