All saline nasal mists are pretty much the same, so it's the delivery system that can break or break a product. I bought this product and used it for a couple of weeks, but then -- although the canister was obviously still nearly full -- the mister wouldn't work. I tried everything, inclusing cleaning the nozzel, etc. Never could get it to work.
Plus, the box and can show two other types of nozzle attachments but they weren't included. I emailed the company about them and never even got a "canned" response (if you'll excuse the pun).
Nasal washes DO work great ... and I depend on products like Ayr nasal wash to cope with dry nose and allergy symptoms. But it can't work if you can't get it out of the can.
