Nasaline is the best approximation you get at having an ocean wave hit you on the nose...and clean all the insides. It is easy to use, the uneaseness of having water go up your nostril and down the other soon gets accomodated and the final relief it provides is awesome. I was almost thinking of going to bath in the ocean in the Winter when rhinitis usually sets home in my nasal cavities. But now, this spares me the freezing cold of the sea water. Tip: you do not need to order the small packs of salt to dilute in water. Get Sodium Chloride Pro Analysis from a local dealer (ensure its over 99.99% pure) and do your own solutions by diluting 10 grams in 1 liter of drinking water. Although not experienced with the other products intended for use to irrigate the nasal sinus areas, I was very impressed with the overall quality of the product,and the ease with which one can use it. I would guess that it takes no more than a couple of minutes start to finish to irrigate both nasal sinus passages. On that basis plus the quality of the Nasaline product I gave it a 5. The question of effectiveness of this type of treatment will of course vary with user; I found it helped with the normal winter dryness and to open sinus areas, whereas my wife derived very little benefit, and complained of drainage to and the blockage of one ear from using the irrigator.Customer Review: Good product!

This product is very effective and easy to cleanse the sinus passage. I tried other products like saline solution spray and Neti Pot, but they didn't help me much. I like it so much that I bought more for my family members who suffer from sinus discomfort. The package includes a case for travel and handy individual salt packets.
When the syringe gets old, the rubber seal inside gets hardened and it becomes very hard to pull. They say that's when it should be replaced, but the rest of the product is fine. It would be nice if they offer a replacement rubber part to protect our environment with less trash.

This product is great. It has helped tremendously with my sinuses during the spring. It is extremely easy and quick to use. I can't imagine why anyone would waste their time with a neti pot when this is available. And, I use it with just regular salt of the store shelf. Works fine. I'm saving the little packets for when I travel. My only advice is to work to make sure the water temperature is right when you use it. If the water is too cool or too hot, you'll end up with a little nasal irritation, but when the water is the right temperature, it's like you just gave your sinuses a massage.Customer Review: Sinus Health Made Simple

Using these packets (as instructed) has eliminated my allergy-linked, chronic sinusitis--my doctor is just amazed! Sometimes the old ways are quite effective. Although it takes some getting used to, snorting salt water (nasal lavage) clears and moisturizes dried sinuses. The action mechanically removes irritants and pathogens, and results in a tremendous health benefit for me. The packets are very easy to use and convenient as compared to a cylinder of Morton salt. I also suspect that the Nasaline product is purer and safer as it's intended for this use.
