I was encouraged by the reviews I saw so I purchased Nasaline with some skepticism. I was pleasantly surprised. I had been using a prescription nasal spray from my allergist and it didn't help with the frequency of my sinus infections. I noticed I could breath better after using Nasaline. It has kept sinus infections at bay and even helped with hay fever. I'm definitely going to buy another when I need to replace this one. I'm so happy I took a chance and bought it. I love this thing ! No worry of breaking it while traveling, unlike the Neti Pot which is made of ceramic. I'm a sinusitis/allergy sufferer who has used a Neti Pot for several years, with very good results. I've not had a sinus infection in the eight years since I began performing nasal irrigation with the Neti Pot at first signs of congestion or allergy symptoms. I purchased the Nasaline Nasal Irrigator to use as an easier-to-carry alternative to my ceramic Neti Pot when traveling. It is easy to use and seems to do as good a job as the Neti Pot. This is a nice little device for people who suffer from allergies. It is easy to use and is effective for getting rid of pollen, dust, and other irritants. It also helps get rid of any bacteria or germs that could cause illnesses.
The instructions were clear and it is easy to clean. It is also great for traveling. It's small size makes it easy to fit into a suitcase or travel bag.
I would recommend this product for anyone who suffers from allergies, colds, or other nasal problems.

The doctor had recommended a syringe but had not said where to get one and we were only able to find a basting syringe (for cooking) that did not work very well. Another doctor recommended a bottle and provided one; but it didn't work at all.
Then we found the Nasaline Nasal Irrigator on the Internet at Amazon and ordered it. She found the tip very comfortable and fit snugly against her nose to prevent leakage and was very effective. She uses it 2-3 times a day and recommends it to others.
