I have found that I sleep best when I take one of these, i.e. 100 mg. Please be advised that 5-HTP can cause very vivid dreams which might be disturbing to some people. I don't mind them given the trade off, a better night's sleep

Recommended for people who want an alternative to a prescription sleeping pill.
