I have tried a lot of things to help with weight loss. Some worked and some did not.
For the past six months I had flirted with losing weight, but the discovery of pre-hypertension and insulin resistance really woke me up and made me focus.
I had always had issues with carbs, (brain fog, fatigue, rebound hunger), and had tried to follow a low-carb lifestyle. This can be a little difficult when cooking for a family that does not have issues with carb metabolism, like me, and loves noodles and bread.
I found myself cooking two meals and having a lot of left-over food that would go to waste. I looked for some help and found Carb Intercept.
It has worked for me, and with it, diet and exercise I lost 8 lb. in 3 weeks. This is a vast improvement for me. Especially since I need the extra help for family meals, or when you have mixed foods that contain just enough carbohydrates to skew your blood sugar and start a craving. When I take Carb Intercept with a meal, i can stop when I am satified and not overeat.
I still restrict carbs when I am eating alone, or when we eat out and I can individually choose my menu. But when I am eating with others and want to feel part of the group, Carb Intercept gives me the edge I need.
