The pills are huge and they taste disgusting. My hair did get thicker, but it became really rough and even switching to different shampoos didn't help. I would rather have my natural soft and shiny hair than the thicker, rough and dirty feeling vitamin enhanced hair.
My face broke out with acne really bad after taking the pills. But after I quit, thankfully my skin became better.
Didn't notice any difference in my nails.
I completely quit taking the vitamins when I started getting upset stomachs. It took a couple weeks for my hair texture to get back to normal.
I'm just going back to taking Vitamin E capsules.
