How do you rate something like this? It is not a drug and claims about Saw Palmetto's benefits don't have to be proven to be put on the package.
So. What star rating to give. I choose 5 simply because I don't think this dosage is high enough to have benefitted me but I cannot fault the product for that. Additionally, and maybe importantly, I have suffered no ill effects.
Another person may feel that they responded wonderfully to this 160 mg dose.
One thing I do have to say is that if you are taking it with other pills, say a multi-vitamin, these tend to get crushed open on the way down your throat and the fact is Saw Palmetto is yucky :p
