I absolutely love this product, especially at such high potency. It makes my hair grow so fast. You have to give it time to build up in your body and be consistent. I don't go a day without taking my supplements. The cons of this product are that it makes your hair grow fast (everywhere) which means that I have to shave everyday and wax my legs and bikini area almost every 8-9 days. I also noticed that it makes my skin softer and clear. I combine it with Alpha Lipoic Acid at 600mg so that may also be contributing to the wonderful effects of this product.Customer Review: Really helps hair grow!

I finished chemotherapy treatments in December that had effectively left me pretty much hairless, everywhere! I've always had long hair so it was rough. My hair started growing back on my head, but it was obvious it was going to take a loooong time for it to get to any substantial length. Met a fellow survivor and she recommended biotin...and she was right! It has definitely been growing faster. Now there is one warning...ALL the hair is growing back faster ;^)

I have been taking this for about 1 1/2 months now. I'm not sure I see the difference in my hair yet. But my nails I have got more.They don't feel as weak or brittle. The capsules are so tiny they are so easy to swallow. I usually take them with my breakfast. If I don't eat them with food I feel a bit nausesas. These improved my nails. I did not notice a difference in my hair. The problem is the strength is too high for me. I got upset stomach issues until I stopped them. A doctor's article in the local newspaper suggested taking 300mcg, not 1,000.Customer Review: Biotin for my nails

I purchased the Biotin to try and help my with my peeling fingernails. It seems to be helping and I will keep taking the Biotin as recommended by my doctor. My package arrived on time and well packed. I will be ordering again.
