Nature Made's Chewable Vitamin C is an excellent product I've recommended to many people. The taste has just the right amount of "tang" and is not overwhelming. People who have great difficulty swallowing pills can ingest these with ease, those on low sodium diets can take them without worry(40mg <2%)and diabetics can also take them (total sugars 1 gram, total carbs 1 gram <1%). As an aside, I'd also suggest that interested diabetics might want to take a look at the Nature Made Diabetes Health Pack, a well set up and easy-to-use vitamin regimen.
As recommended I'd keep this one in a "cool dry place" and way out of the reach of young children as it does not have a childproof cap. I've been taking Nature Made vitamin c in one form or another for quite some time and haven't had a cold in recent memory. Nature Made has a wonderful web site where you can read about their products and if you feel necessary you can write to one of their expert advisors with any questions. I take full advantage of their wellness rewards program and redeem my points now and then for a coupon to get several dollars off my next purchase. As always, it is a must to consult with one's physician before using any supplements.
