I am vouching for this product for many reasons and can laud it to the ends of the earth with passion. First, because I have seen the miracles it works internally as well as externally. And second because whomever I turn on to it for certain skin problems I hear of the beneficial results within days. Flax seed was used for centuries in New Zealand by the Maori people and is the only product I know to thicken your hair again if it is falling. In fact it seems to actually stop it. It cures and soothes the worst cases of dry scaly skin, whether it is weeping or not. I have used it topically to CURE cracked heels and the worst horrific flaking skin where I saw beautiful miracles with the elderly. I have had very sensitive skin all of my life. Since taking flax seed I never need to use mass amounts of lotion to keep it hydrated or healthy anymore. And my energy has also improved.
