Why continue tasting all the canisters at the health food store when you find one you really like? That's my question.
Spiru-Tein is perfect - smooth and tasty. One scoop in a glass, mixed with milk (my preference) and a little hand whisk and voila, instant 'milkshake'. Mix well, though, because if you don't it may be left with some floating lumps of powder at the top.
I buy the vanilla (although this comes in a multitude of excellent flavors) because I like to add my own flavoring. One day I may put some cherry juice in it, another day perhaps some blueberry or strawberry flavoring. Yummy.
Spiru-Tein satisfies the hunger and takes the edge off the appetite. A perfect snack or in-between meal or even breakfast or lunch, itself.
Sometimes when I have company I offer them a 'milkshake' and they always love it. Easy to store - no refrigeration. It contains 100% of the daily value for Vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12 and Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Panothenic Acid, Iodine, Zinc. And, it provides 250% of the daily value for Manganese!
