Customer Review: Does what it's supposed to...but not "Super"

I've been taking Super Cleanse now for 3 weeks and it's done the job. As opposed to other reviews where people were going many times a day and such, this has been "quietly effective" for me. There's been nothing like diarrhea or frequent bowel movements, at the most I've gone maybe 3 times in one day, but usually two. A little gassy and liquidy for the first week, and I felt a bit more cleaned out, but then it's settled into a routine after that. In fact, things aren't that much different from normal, so I'm not sure whether this stuff doesn't have that much effect on me, or I didn't have that much to clean out in the first place.Customer Review: Caution!!

If you suffer from chronic constipation problems, then this product will probably be good for you. HOWEVER!...if you are already 'healthy' ("2-3 formed bowel movements per day", from the label) in that department...you do NOT need this product! I misunderstood and thought that after a period of 'cleansing', my body would get back to that 'healthy' paradigm. Well, when I contacted the company (and they were very helpful) I learned that basically, I never needed their product...this info before purchase would be very helpful.Customer Review: Not for everyone

I chose this based on reviews. The first 3 days were fine. 1 pill twice a day. Drank at least 8 cups of water. etc etc. 2-3 healthy BMs. Day four my stomach did a complete and horrible flip flop so as the label instructed, I stopped taking it. Unfortunately I did not have a BM for almost 5 days after that. Not fun. Took another pill hoping it would get me back on track and it actually did but not going to take anymore. Everyone's bodies are different and mine unfortunately did not react well to this pill.Customer Review: didn't get the results I expected

I would not buy this product again. I didn't see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ. stomachaches, but no diarrhea. I had a few looses stools, but not many. The worst part was feeling bloated all the time. And I lost no weight! That was my main reason for trying it. And I did take along with the Acai as recommended. Maybe I didn't have the right combination? It was shipped quickly and no problems with company!Customer Review: Thorough Cleansing

I have always been very skeptical about reviews - not sure if an actual customer used the product and wrote the review, or if a paid sponsor was writing the review. I am actual customer that uses Super Cleanse. It is one of the few colon cleansing formulas that does not give me cramps, diarrhea, etc. It works within a couple of days and leaves me feeling great. I only use for about 2 weeks every other month since it contains Cascara Sagrada.
