I had researched different products online and thought I would give super cleanse a shot, since it was cheap and I really didn't have much to lose. I have suffered with stomach problems for many years (IBS) and sometimes don't go to the bathroom for days at a time. I use super cleanse a few times a week, and find that works good for me. I am still able to go to the bathroom atleast once or twice a day on the days I don't take it. I take super cleanse usually on the weekends because I had the same complaints as some others on here...it makes you go to the bathroom a lot throughout the day, so stay close to home if you take it everyday! The only other little complaint...take the pills fast...they are kind of big but if you let them sit in your mouth for a few seconds they leave a bitter after taste. Customer Review: Great Cleanser

I have only been taking these pills for approximately 3 days and they have worked wonders with my diet.In the past 3 days I have lost 6 pounds of waste. My appetite is down and I feel great. I'm taking 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. There is no stomach cramping, although my stomach has made a couple of growling noises at me..giving me a warning that it is time to go to the bathroom..but other than that..no real problems..I am going to continue using these pills. Been using this product for several years and am SO happy I discovered it on the internet. I had never been regular even as a child, but these pills work magic for me. I take one and a half every evening just before bed, and I'm guaranteed results the next morning. No cramps or other problems, just good results. I would highly recommend this product (and I have to several people I know).
