I started taking this just recently with the Evening Primrose Oil 500mg, I think its been 2 weeks, and I just wanted to share my experience so far. During the week before my period, I have horrible night sweats. They wake me up in the middle of the night and it feels like my skin is on fire from the inside. I also have bad mood swings... mostly feelings of anger along with fatigue and bloating. Im just starting my period today and over the past week, I did not experience the same night sweats I usually have. They have been reduced to waking up twice feeling like the room was uncomfortably warm. No "burning alive from the inside" feelings. It was manageable. I do, however, still have the other symptoms (bloating, anger, feeling sleepy all day)
Ive only been taking 2 doses a day. The recommended dosage is 3 to 6 times daily for the Primrose and 3 times daily for the Black Cohosh. So Im going to start taking the 3 recommended doses and see if anything changes next month.
