After many years of suffering with daily headaches and migraines, I was desperate to find something herbal that would be less harmful on my body. Like others, I tried many prescriptions and was hooked on Excedrin for years. I eventually weened myself off and have never gone back to it. I began taking Fevefew about 6 months ago and have seen improvement in the intensity and frequency of my headaches. My husband tells me he doesn't hear me complain about my head like I used to. I do ocassionally get a bad headache, but overall I am much better. I take the recommended dose of three per day with food and find that works best. I went for a few days without Feverfew (when I ran out) and I had a migraine for days. It made me realize how much this pill was helping and went a store to buy more. When I first began taking the pill, it did take a few weeks to feel the effects, so don't give up on it when you first begin taking it.
