I had read about Schizandra and its effects, but I didn't want to get my hopes up. Nonetheless, I ordered some. It turns out that it immediately helped my stress levels immensely! Between my personal life and my rather stressful work life, I was well overstressed. I was so happy with the difference it made for me, that I wanted to know if it was just a placebo effect. I convinced my husband to try it too, and he has also become less stressed. We have nicknamed our daily supplement "wonder berries!"
