I purchased this for my wife. She prefers this full spectrum light box over the GoLite Blue Light unit, although the Sun Touch is substantially larger than the GoLite. This light box was well worth every penny. It has helped me with the gray Indiana days. I would recommend it to anyone who feels down and lacking in energy during the short winter days. The Apollo Sun Touch has definately brought some needed sunlight to a dreary winter here in Chicagoland. The addition of a built in Ionizer was also a nice touch.
