I received this product when I had an extreme dermatitis breakout due to an unknown allergic reaction, and I set up baths using the neem oil and my skin was relinquished with its moisture. I then used it as a diet supplement to overcome my sweet tooth cravings, and lost 10lbs with the help of the need oil. Although, you might not like the bitter taste, but I mixed it with various drinks to cover up the taste. I highly recommend not mixing it with water and drinking it, you will not like it, trust me.
