I put this in my morning coffee (I take milk and sugar - well coconut milk and stevia) and I do not really notice the taste. It is bitter otherwise. I have a lot of animals and I am always concerned about catching some of their lil critters so I decided this might be good. I have gone to twice a day and will next order the triple strength. No bad side effects so far. I have been taking it for about a month.
