I use this product whenever I have bug bites or other minor skin issues. I thought this two-pack for my mother who sustained a deep wound to her leg a few weeks ago. The wound would not heal well until she starting using this neem oil along with Margo neem soap. it is working well and the scarring is fading as well. Neem is a wonderful antibacterial, healing oil. I gave it 4 stars because of the strong, soy-saucy, licorishy smell. But the scent does fade after about an hour or so.
