My skin is super sensitive to sunlight. I burn sitting in front of a window in 20 minutes, outside in 10. Like red burn, OK? I have to put block on every single day or the UV will crispy fry me. The Active works all day even when out sailing under the hot sun for 6 hours at a time. Careful to rub in well around eyes or excess will drip/run down into eyes and burn.
Just purchased the new Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch by Neutrogena. Has the same exact active ingredients and percentile as the Active. It does feel dryer BUT the Dry-Touch tube is one ounce less (3 OZ) than the Active (4 OZ) at the same price. Inflation my butt.
The other interesting note is the Dry-Touch has no expiration date stamped on the tube. Also the tube design doesn't allow you to squeeze out every last drop of block unlike the Active where you remove the top and there sits a finger sized hole.
I'll buy more of the Active to last me another year soon.
